1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "User," or "you") and Souhardho Mart ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By visiting our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

2. Account Eligibility & Security

To create an account and execute purchases on Souhardho Mart, you must be at least 18 years of age (or have explicit supervision and consent of a parent/legal guardian).

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials, password, and session confidentiality.
• You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information regarding your contact details and delivery addresses.
• Souhardho Mart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent actions, identity spoofing, or repeated abusive cancellations.

3. Pricing, Products & Accuracy

We make every effort to display accurate product details, specifications, images, and prices. However:

• All prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
• Product packaging, colors, and minor external appearances may slightly vary depending on manufacturer batch updates or display calibration.
• In the event of an inadvertent technical pricing or typographical error, Souhardho Mart reserves the right to notify the customer and cancel the affected order prior to shipment with a full refund.

4. Order Placement & Confirmation

When you place an order on our platform, it represents an offer to purchase the specified items. Order acceptance takes place when we send an order confirmation SMS/email and assign an invoice number.

We reserve the right to verify high-value orders via phone verification before dispatch. If a customer is unreachable via their provided phone number after multiple attempts, the order may be cancelled.

5. Payments & Invoicing

We provide flexible payment channels including Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards.

• For Cash on Delivery orders, exact cash amount is payable to the courier delivery agent upon delivery.
• Digital payments are processed through certified banking gateways. We do not store financial account credentials or PINs.
• An authentic digital invoice is generated with every confirmed order.

6. Shipping & Delivery Terms

Delivery timelines are estimates provided in good faith. Standard delivery takes 24–48 hours inside Dhaka and 2–5 days outside Dhaka.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery by the courier partner. Customers are advised to check the external parcel condition before accepting the delivery.

7. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

All purchases are backed by our 7-Day Easy Return Policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect items:

• Items must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery with original boxes and accessories intact.
• Refunds are processed within 1 to 5 business days after warehouse verification.
• Official brand warranty terms apply for electronics and gadgets as specified on the product description and manufacturer warranty card.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, visual interfaces, graphics, design, software code, and textual materials on this website are the property of Souhardho Mart or its respective brand licensors, protected under the Copyright and Trademark laws of Bangladesh.

Unauthorized copying, scraping, reproduction, or redistribution of website assets without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Prohibited User Activities

When using Souhardho Mart, users agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent orders, fake reviews, or bot scraping.
• Attempt to bypass site security, inject malicious code, or disrupt server infrastructure.
• Place speculative or fictitious orders intended for malicious resale or competitor sabotage.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Souhardho Mart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform or purchased goods, beyond the total purchase price paid for the specific order in question.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any legal dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
